Role Description

BOCS Pizza is seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused

Waiter

for a full-time, on-site position in

Madurai

. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. You will work closely with the kitchen and service team to maintain service speed, accuracy, cleanliness, and brand standards. The role requires professionalism, teamwork, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in a QSR or restaurant environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to take orders accurately and serve food efficiently Knowledge of basic food hygiene and safety standards Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude, presentable appearance, and customer-first mindset Team player with flexibility to work in shifts Basic understanding of POS systems is an added advantage
