About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, efficient, and customer-focused

Waiter

to join our cafe team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and guide them to their seats Present menus and assist customers in making food/beverage selections Take accurate food and drink orders Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and service stations Assist with takeaway orders and billing Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service Follow all hygiene, safety, and food handling standards

Requirements

Previous experience in a cafe/restaurant preferred but not mandatory Good communication and customer service skills Ability to handle busy hours with a calm and positive attitude Basic knowledge of POS/billing systems (preferred) Clean and presentable appearance Ability to work as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and responsible
Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 11 months

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹27,131.09 per month
