We are looking for polite, energetic, and customer-focused Waiters to join our hotel service team (Hot Kitchen). The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent table service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and supporting smooth restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables
Take food and beverage orders accurately
Serve food and drinks as per hotel service standards
Explain menu items, especially Kerala cuisine, to guests
Coordinate with kitchen and cashier for smooth service
Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and well arranged
Handle guest requests and complaints professionally
Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times
Assist in closing duties and restaurant setup
Requirements
Experience as a waiter in a hotel or restaurant preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Pleasant personality and customer-friendly attitude
