Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables. Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverages when asked. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar. Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and courteous manner. Check with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle any complaints or requests promptly. Clear tables, clean the dining area, and reset tables for the next guests. Process guest payments and issue receipts as needed. Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations. Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and setup. Work collaboratively with other staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is an advantage but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Well-groomed appearance and good personal hygiene. Ability to stand for long periods and carry trays. Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
