Job Description

Core responsibilities

Customer service:

Greet guests, show them to their tables, present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.

Order taking:

Take food and drink orders accurately and enter them into the POS system or communicate them to the kitchen and bar staff.

Food and beverage delivery:

Serve orders to customers in a timely and professional manner.

Table maintenance:

Prepare tables by setting linens, silverware, and glasses, and clear tables after meals.

Billing and payments:

Present checks to customers and process payments accurately.

Problem-solving:

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
