- Waiter / Service Associate

PVR INOX, Gurgaon

Position Overview

The Service Associate plays a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience at PVR INOX. This position involves guest interaction, food and beverage service, auditorium assistance, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Guest Service & Order Handling

Warmly greet and assist guests at the counters and inside the auditoriums. Take and process food & beverage orders promptly and accurately. Serve orders directly to guests at their designated seats. Address guest queries and provide information about menu items, offers, and cinema services.

2. Food & Beverage Operations

Assist in preparing popcorn and other F&B items as required. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness while operating food preparation equipment. Clean popcorn machines, counters, and related F&B equipment after use.

3. Auditorium Upkeep & Support

Collect empty trays and containers from auditoriums after each show. Ensure all trays are returned to the F&B counter and prepared for subsequent orders.

Work Shifts

Male Associates:

Rotational Morning: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Evening: 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM

Female Associates:

Morning shift only (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Transportation

Two-way cab facility available within Gurgaon.

Required Skills & Attributes

Strong communication and customer service skills. Positive attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team. Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards (preferred). Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Education & Experience

Minimum qualification: 12th pass or equivalent. Prior experience in hospitality, F&B, or customer service is preferred.
