Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables.
Present menu, provide detailed information when asked, and upsell food and beverages.
Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them to the kitchen staff.
Serve food and beverages in a timely manner.
Ensure tables are set, clean, and organized at all times.
Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints professionally.
Process bills and collect payments (cash/card/UPI).
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
Support other restaurant operations when required.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in customer service preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
Team player with multitasking skills.
Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Basic knowledge of POS systems is an advantage.
