Food and Beverage Delivery:
Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently to the correct tables.
Table Maintenance:
Monitor tables and promptly clear plates, glassware, and debris, ensuring a clean dining area.
Financial Handling:
Accurately process guest payments (cash, credit card) and handle transactions according to company procedures.
Collaboration:
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, hosts, and bussers to ensure smooth service flow.
Side Work:
Complete opening, closing, and ongoing side work duties, such as rolling silverware, restocking stations, and cleaning service areas.
Adherence to Standards:
Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, appearance, and observe all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications Required:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:1 Year
Proven experience as a Waiter or in a similar role is preferred.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work standing and walking for extended periods.
Availability to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
