Job Description


Responsibilities: Serve food and Beverage as per Standard Operating Procedures. (You know, charm, courtesy, upselling etc.) Know what\xe2\x80\x99s on the Food and Beverage menu. How else will you make recommendations or up-sell to guests. Ensure that guests are attended to, as quickly and efficiently as possible. Remember, you are the frontline of a service-first atmosphere. Greet guests in a polite and courteous manner. Hey, flash those pearly whites! Check that the quality and presentation of food meet the set standards before it is presented to the guests. Ensure that the work area is clean and properly set up for the next shift. Remember, what goes around comes around. Polish items like glassware, chinaware, silverware and utensils with plate powder, vim, liquid, detergent, caustic soda etc., as per the learning system of each item. Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the work area. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, stacked and stored. Take orders for room service at times specified by the Management. Collect fresh linen from the linen room. Collect cleaned and polished cutlery, crockery and glassware. Ensure that the side stations are well equipped and clean at all times. Attend training sessions and staff meetings as and when directed by the superiors. Report any health and safety hazards to the Food & Beverage Manager. Ensure that all duties are carried out in line with the Hotel Policy with high standards of personal appearance, personal hygiene, correct uniforms and name badges as outlined in the staff handbook. Carry out any other duties as and when directed by the superiors. Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 920,000.00 - 928,000.00 per month Benefits:
