We are hiring for W2 Recruiter (US Staffing) with min 1 to 3 years of exp in remove location. - (US Shift)

Skills Required :

:

Hands-on experience in end to end recruitment process across various IT Technologies.

Hands on experience with W2, & Full time is must.

Expert level experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, & TN Visa Holders on all the tax term (W2, 1099 )

Experience in recruiting, Citizens, GC's on w2

Experience in negotiating compensation to close a candidate.

Experience in using recruiting portals like Indeed and LinkedIn.

Experience working with Applicant tracking tools.

Willing to work in US timings/Night Shift (EST/CST/PST time zone)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
