Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Manager to join our team and lead a team of trainers for enhancing competencies of our employees on product, sales, and soft skills. In this role, you will design training curricula, analyze feedback from trainees and managers, and collaborate with the marketing team to plan and publish training programs. You will monitor and evaluate the effectiveness, success, and ROI of training programs periodically and report on them. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a proven track record of delivering successful training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new & existing employees on product, sales, and soft skills

- Plan and implement training programs across organization through job analysis, career paths and consultation with line managers

- Publish training calendar & programs on a timely basis

- Create training materials such as training manuals, presentations, and e-learning courses in collaboration with marketing team within time and budget constraints

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and ensure training programs are aligned with the company\'s goals and objectives.

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the trainees and provide feedback to the relevant teams.

- Manage the training budget and ensure cost-effectiveness of the training programs

- Stay up to date with product and market updates and channel the information across teams

Who we are looking for:

- 7+ years of experience in training with experience managing a team for at least 1 year

- Proven experience in training for SaaS software such as accounting, CRM, finance and payroll

- Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role

- Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning

- Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms

- Excellent organizational skills and knowledge of talent management and succession planning methods

- Solid communication and presentation abilities

- Additional certification in training is a plus
