\xc2\xb7 Strong Project management experience
\xc2\xb7 Thorough understanding of electronic switches , smart switches
\xc2\xb7 Strong in Conformity assessment of products for international regions
\xc2\xb7 Familiarity with lab equipment
\xc2\xb7 Follow V&V program to ensure new package/product release to production within timeline.
\xc2\xb7 Support cost down projects - Yield improvement, test time/ test insertions reduction
\xc2\xb7 Customer return support - support quality department with product-related analysis and fault analysis & simulation, support execution of 8D (root-cause finding, containment and permanent actions) & support Quality improvement program
\xc2\xb7 Involve in data collection for product characterization (for new product/package/process changes) & production lot on hold disposition
\xc2\xb7 Can lead a team of 8+ engineers
Qualifications
\xc2\xb7 Bachelors degree/ masters degree in Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication
\xc2\xb7 Understanding of processes in ISO/IEC 17025 : 2017
\xc2\xb7 Strong project management skills
\xc2\xb7 Good problem-solving skills.
\xc2\xb7 Ability to troubleshoot and think out of the box.
\xc2\xb7 High-level technical writing skills.
