Purpose of the Job

• This role is a combination of IT platform Design and V&V Design deploys for TMS contracts to customers and to internal stakeholders.
• Responsible of definition, implementation and configuration of Network, OS, and HW solution.
• Maintain and optimize networks and servers for both client or internal needs in accordance to guidelines of TMS IT

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize networks and servers
• Run installations, upgrades and configurations of hardware and software
• Execute system performance and recommend improvements
• IT and cybersecurity management on a day-by-day basis in activities/support for users in a continues delivery/agile approach
• Design of Datacentre IT platforms for TMS contracts
• IT Architecture Requirements analysis and discussions with customers
• To contribute to the monitoring of the technologies available on the market and to the definition of a possible evolution of the TMS platform (IT architectures)
• To maintain the internal know-how on these technologies
• To define and validate the detailed instructions, technical manuals and best practices, guidelines for configuration, installation, system management
• To provide 3rd line support for Customer Service

Educational Requirements
University Degree in Electronics or Information Technology is preferred

Technical Knowledge / Experience
6+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Information and Communication Technology and in detail about:

• Advanced Data Center design and management (servers, networking, storage)
• Advanced hypervisor knowledge VMWare, Hyper-V or KVM
• Advanced networking knowledge based on Cisco
• Advanced Systems administration in Windows and/or Linux
• Hybrid Cloud management (on Premise + Azure or Google)
• Strong analytical skills - Ability to understand the real time behaviour, complex systems with client/server applications (Windows, OPC,..) and distributed database (XML, SQL, )
• IT Cybersecuirty principles
• Agile methodologies and Continuous Integration principles
• Scripting competency
• Advanced experience in troubleshooting
• Technical documentation management
• Specifies validation test objectives, designs test cases, develops test procedures (test files and scenario), and ensures traceability vs requirements according to Requirements Management Plan
• Ability build scenarios to analyse and or re-produce field defects in the platform environment ; analyse/identify the root cause to the module level precision
• Ability to understand system modelling & simulation methods and manage validation platforms
• Should have sound knowledge of Windows (2K, XP,Win7), MS office tools
• Knowledge of OOPs concepts, Scripting (InstallShield/VB/VBA) OPC, XML, SQL, SIEM tools Qradar, Splunkand Networking fundamentals is desirable.
• Ability to apply internal process required for TMS validation

The following will be considered a plus:

• Azure Knowledge
• DevOps principles
• Cisco and/or Microsoft/Linux certifications
• ITIL Certification

Travel requirements:

• While performing the duties of this job, employee is regularly required to travel to site locations(Delhi, Prayagraj or any other global location) and interact with customers and co-workers.
