Roles and Responsibilities
Position: VTL / VTC Operator
Job Role: FTC (1 year)
Exp: 4 - 10yrs.
Location: Chennai
Job Profile: 1. Operating experience in Vertical Turn Mill Machining Center along with different attachments (Turning head, Angular milling head, 5-axis milling head).
2. Work experience preferably FANUC Control, and good exposure in Milling Techniques.
3. Drawing reading skills (GD&T Knowledge).
4. Experience in Job setup and Machining of Heavy components.
5. Experience In operating of VTL with Minimum table Diameter of 3meter. ( Our Machine 6.5m) in Fanuc control machines
6. Operating Experience In Turning, Milling, drilling, tapping, boring & thread milling.
7. Knowledge in Setting, Work offset & programming
8. Work experience in Component weight 5ton to 30ton
9. Good technical sound in 4'M Management.
10. Handling and Measuring instruments like micrometer, Vernier Caliper and Profile Gauges, etc.
Desired Candidate Profile

• Min 4 Years with Diploma or B.E/B.Tech Qualification.

Toshiba€™s power equipment production facility (Keihin Product Operations), in Yokohama, Japan, is supporting Toshiba JSW in ramping up manufacturing and in working toward establishing an independent production scale of 3,000MW a year by 2014.
