Job Responsibilities:

Operate

VTL & Lathe machines

for machining forged components Handle heavy forgings with proper clamping & safety Read and work as per engineering/forging drawings Perform turning, facing, boring, grooving, threading, etc. Inspect components using Vernier, Micrometer, Dial Gauge, and Bore Gauge Ensure machining accuracy & tool maintenance

Job Requirements:

Experience in

machining forged or heavy steel components

Knowledge of cutting tools, speeds & feeds Ability to work with overhead cranes/lifting tools (preferred) Strong understanding of safety practices in forging/machine shop
