As a Talent Acquisition team member, you will provide support to the Talent Acquisition team in various aspects of the recruitment process. You will gain exposure to the full life cycle of Talent Acquisition including sourcing, screening, interviewing and each step of Recruitment process. This exposure will provide you with valuable hands - on experience in the field of human resources and Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing: Take ownership of each candidate & assist in sourcing potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media platforms and professional networks. Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screens and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements. Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates to ensure a smooth interview process, and coordinate interview with hiring managers and interview panels. Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management: Update and maintain candidate's correct information on HIRO (KEKA). Candidate Communication: Communicate with candidates regarding application status, interview details and next steps in the hiring process. Employer Branding: Assist in developing and promoting the employer brand through various channels, including social media and career fairs. Data Analysis: Compile and analyze recruitment metrics and provide reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of the talent acquisition process.

Requirements:

Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust. Excellent organizational and time management skills Comfortable making decisions independently Proficient in Microsoft Office Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods. Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues.
