WNS-Vuram Technology team is seeking a skilled Principal Cloud Application Architect to join our team at WNS-Vuram. In this role, you'll work closely with the Technology Team to design, implement, and manage cloud solutions that meet the technical requirements and business objectives. You'll be a key player in driving success through the cloud journey, providing technical expertise and best practices throughout the project lifecycle. Will also be responsible for building products and platforms on cloud technologies, with involvement in R&D, PoV, PoC and demos.
Possessing a deep understanding of cloud products and services, as a Principal Cloud Application Architect you will be proficient in architecting complex, scalable, and secure solutions & products tailored to meet the specific needs of each customer. You'll work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess current infrastructure, and propose effective migration strategies. As trusted advisors to our customers, providing guidance on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions, you will be responsible for leading the implementation process, ensuring adherence to best practices, optimizing performance, and managing risks throughout the project.
Key Job Responsibilities: As an experienced technology professional, you will be responsible for:

• Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure cloud solutions & products
• Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies
• Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies
• Sharing knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts
• Performing R&D and developing point of views on cloud technologies like AgentCore, SageMaker, Bedrock etc
• Displays product/application understanding through highly customized presentation demonstrations to customers, and at conferences, and events.
• Supports customer from Proof of Concept (POC) through production deployment of services via resource configuration, planning, and customer education/training.
• Creates and distributes technical assets (white papers, solution code, blog posts, and video demonstrations).
• Serves as a leading contributor for customers and sales on technical cloud solutions and customer success.
• Maintains expertise by staying current on emerging technologies.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent combination of education and practical experience
• 12+ years architecting and delivering enterprise solutions, including modernization of applications in Python, JavaScript, Node.js, Java, C#, Go, or Ruby to Cloud - Proven track record of technical leadership in complex engagements
• Proven knowledge in APIs, microservices, serverless architectures, containerization, and DevOps
• Able to communicate effectively in English within technical and business settings

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• AWS experience preferred, with proficiency in a wide range of AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, CloudFormation)
• AWS Professional level certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect Professional, DevOps Engineer Professional) preferred
• Experience with automation and scripting (e.g., Terraform, Python)
• Knowledge of security and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated success as a software developer, application architect, release manager, product manager, CTO, or consultant working with various platforms
• Experience with architecting highly available systems that utilize load balancing, horizontal scalability and high availability
