Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of RPA developers across multiple projects Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere / UiPath Ensure adherence to RPA best practices, coding standards, and governance models Manage and support multiple RPA production support projects simultaneously Perform solution architecture, effort estimation, and delivery planning Troubleshoot and resolve bot failures, performance issues, and production incidents

Required Skills & Qualifications:

4-8 years of overall IT experience with strong focus on RPA development Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere (preferred) or UiPath Strong experience in solution design, and development Solid understanding of RPA architecture, control rooms, and bot lifecycle management Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have:

RPA certifications (Automation Anywhere / UiPath) Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies Exposure to AI/ML, OCR, or cognitive automation tools
