Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement robust automation frameworks using

Python and Selenium

. Develop and maintain automated test scripts for web applications. Collaborate with developers, QA analysts, and product managers to understand requirements and ensure test coverage. Perform functional, regression, and integration testing. Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues. Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes. Maintain test environments and ensure test data integrity.

Required Skills:

4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in

automation testing

. Strong programming skills in

Python

. Expertise in

Selenium WebDriver

for web automation. Experience with test frameworks like

PyTest

,

unittest

, or similar. Good understanding of

CI/CD pipelines

and integration with tools like Jenkins or GitLab. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with

API testing

using tools like Postman or REST-assured. Knowledge of

BDD frameworks

like Behave or Cucumber. Exposure to cloud-based testing platforms (e.g., BrowserStack, Sauce Labs). ISTQB or equivalent certification is a plus.
