Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Knowledge:

Strong understanding of HVAC principles, VRF system operation, and electrical and mechanical components.

Troubleshooting Skills:

Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of issues in VRF systems.

Experience:

Prior experience with VRF systems, ideally with various manufacturers.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to perform physical tasks associated with installations, maintenance, and repairs.

Communication Skills:

Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement them effectively.

Certification:

Relevant certifications, such as EPA 608 certification, may be required.
