ROLE SUMMARY: The Global Production Operations (GPO) Vice President (VP) is responsible to work with the US business partner, drive the strategy. This role requires the individual to create strategies to acquire, develop and retain talent, collaborate with India and US stakeholders, implement strategies that are in alignment with the organizational goals. As a leader of the Subject Matter Experts group, this individual is required to collaborate with the training team and business partners and develop learning strategies for GPO teams. ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES: Liaising regularly with key business partners to understand business expectations, needs, concerns, and creating strategies to assist customers in accomplishing their goals and objectives to make decisions for operational activities. Working with business leaders, reporting manager and HR to manage talent acquisition, development, and retention including organizing recruiting efforts for prospective analyst candidates, optimizing team skills and capabilities, and proactively addressing any retention challenges. Liaising with business partners to make decisions for operational activities and setting strategic goals. Driving rapid and consistent operational improvements to ensure on-time delivery in full, to quality standards, to the customers\' expectations, and with the most effective use of our resources Performing root cause analysis on issues, creating solutions to items identified, and preventing recurring of identified issues Leading the Subject Matter Experts to collaborate with business partners and training program managers to create strategies that cater to business needs and successfully implement corporate initiatives and development programs. Establishing and monitoring business metrics, taking corrective action where necessary, and ensuring delivery of KPIs including day to day service levels Coaching and mentoring DRs and their teams to effectively implement leadership strategies and Berkadia\'s culture, including, growth mindset, innovation, and challenging the status quo. Effective team leadership and communication managing, monitoring, and coaching line managers through ongoing formal and informal communication and ensuring that information is communicated throughout the division. Helping the team overcome hurdles, and encouraging them to try new ideas, suggest process and technology improvements for the process. Resolving conflicts and managing divergent perspectives across stakeholder groups. Using judgment to devise and apply new solutions. Planning and/or monitoring the day-to-day functioning of business to ensure smooth performance. Leveraging the skills and commitment of team members to accomplish stretch goals and objectives. Evaluating the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and applying improvements on an ongoing basis proposing enhancements to GPO and U.S. stakeholders and owning their satisfactory execution. Creating the culture of accountability, motivating direct reports and employees to challenge the status quo to deliver better results timely. SKILLS and COMPETENCIES: Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related business field required. Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate (CRE) industry is preferred. Work Experience: Overall 12+ years of experience At least 5 years in Financial Services industry or any other industry with similar skills At least 8 years of experience in the people leading role Strong communication skills, both written and verbal fluency in English. Knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics and ability to manage via metrics ability to analyze base data and derive own insights to validate strategies and initiatives. Willingness and ability to learn technology tools and drive usage and adoption of tools within teams. Experience in working with demanding stakeholders and clients in US. Ability to work on numerous key initiatives simultaneously while prioritizing tasks to meet business and stakeholder needs. Experience of managing large teams and stakeholders across different time zones in US. Display growth mindset with an openness to upskill. Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to organizational policies and procedures.
