Key Responsibilities


Strategic Sales Leadership & Execution


Define and own the overarching sales strategy for the Agri Banking Engagement Platform, translating Kalgudi//'s vision into actionable market penetration plans.

Lead the entire sales cycle for enterprise clients, from strategic prospecting and relationship building at the highest levels to complex deal negotiation and closure within the agri-banking sectors.

Develop and execute comprehensive strategic sales plans targeting agricultural lending divisions of large public and private sector banks, cooperative banks, regional rural banks (RRBs), small finance banks (SFBs), and NBFCs with a significant agri-finance focus. High-Level Client Engagement & Relationship Management

Cultivate and manage C-suite and Board-level relationships within target financial institutions, including CEOs, Heads of Agri/Rural Banking, Technology, Digital Transformation, Innovation, and Strategy.

Act as a trusted advisor, deeply understanding client macro-level business challenges related to rural customer acquisition, agri-loan lifecycle management, embedded finance, and risk management within agricultural value chains.

Articulate and position platform as a transformative solution, demonstrating its strategic value in driving digital efficiency, enhancing financial product delivery, and fostering profitable growth in the agri-banking business. Ecosystem Partnership & Business Development

Identify, evaluate, and forge strategic, long-term partnerships with key BFSI organizations, industry associations, government bodies, and technology partners relevant to the agri-banking ecosystem.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Agri-Tech teams to champion client needs, influence the platform roadmap, and ensure successful deployments that align with client strategic objectives.

Represent the Organization at industry conferences, seminars, and thought leadership forums




Candidate//'s Profile :




10-15 years of progressive experience in enterprise solution sales within the Banking, Financial Services, or Fintech domains. While exposure to Agri/Rural Banking is a plus and not mandatory, a desire to work in this niche banking area is necessary.

Extensive network and established C-level relationships within financial institutions. A profound understanding of the intricacies of customer segmentation, value chain financing, and participation in building innovative financial products is a plus.

Proven track record of successfully conceptualizing, selling, and closing complex, high-value technology platforms, SaaS, or digital engagement solutions to financial institutions.

Exceptional strategic thinking, negotiation, and influencing skills, capable of engaging with and persuading diverse senior stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth entrepreneurial environment.

Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and sales performance.

An MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Finance is highly desirable. Preferred Industry Experience

* Deep domain expertise in selling core banking solutions, loan origination systems (LOS), or digital channels to Banks.
