Key Responsibilities
Workplace Experience Strategy and Change Roadmap

  • Collaborate with WPS UK, HR, and IT teams to define and execute a workplace experience strategy integrating people, place, and technology
  • Support the Head of WPS India in delivering roadmap activities that enhance workplace spaces, services, and tools.
  • Lead business change & engagement activities for workplace projects, enhancement works and local moves and changes activity.
Workplace Experience Insights & Innovation
  • Drive and oversee workplace experience through impactful 'moments that matter,' ensuring alignment across environments, systems, and service KPIs
  • Analyse engagement metrics and create feedback loops to capture colleague insights, and apply best practices to maximise asset performance and elevate the workplace experience
  • Champion innovation and adopt industry best practices to elevate workplace experience.
Front-of-House and Space Management
  • Manage reception, meeting rooms, collaboration areas, and event spaces to maintain a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Establish and execute audit processes, including regular floorwalks, to monitor and optimise workplace environments, systems, and services--tracking 'moments that matter' KPIs to ensure standards are met and escalating issues to FM teams as required
Workplace Employee Engagement and Onboarding
  • Coordinate wellness programs, CSR initiatives, and recognition events in partnership with HR and Communications.
  • Facilitate workplace onboarding for new hires to ensure smooth integration.
  • Lead site tours, networking initiatives, and community engagement activities to strengthen workplace reputation.
Workplace Helpdesk & Issue Resolution
  • Oversee the WPS India Support Hub ensuring KPIs are met.
  • Serve as the primary contact for workplace-related concerns, managing escalations through to resolution.
Event and Initiative Management
  • Plan and oversee workplace logistics and quality assurance for corporate events and engagement activities.
Service Standards and Vendor Oversight
  • Develop and govern service standards and satisfaction metrics for workplace experience and contracted partners.
  • Manage third-party vendors assigned to or supporting this role to ensure compliance with any contractual obligations.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
  • Strategic workplace leadership--integrating people, place, and technology
  • Change management and continuous improvement using data-driven insights
  • Experience managing front-of-house, space, events, and employee engagement
  • Strong service standards, vendor management, and issue resolution skills
  • Proven ability to innovate and deliver high-quality workplace experiences
Qualifications
  • Relevant certification Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, marketing or similar
  • 8+ years of work experience in a similar role (e.g. facilities management, event management, hospitality, front desk)
