About the Role: Reporting to the CTO, Health Markets you will draw on your people, technical leadership skills delivering world-class enterprise scale solutions.
Responsibilities:

• As a highly technical metrics-driven individual with refined interpersonal skills as well as deep commercial acumen.
• You will be a people leader, with the ability to recruit, build, inspire and retain diverse high performing collaborative teams,
• Inspiring leaders, and key contributors while promoting and shaping an inclusive organizational culture.
• Drive and promote a culture of software engineering excellence.

Requirements
The successful candidate will be a key contributor to both technical and business strategy with:

• Knowledge and practical experience in advanced analytics; particularly Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
• Experience developing solutions for Healthcare Providers and/or patients.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a highly matrixed organization.
