Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute a company-wide social media strategy aligned with marketing and business goals.
Oversee content direction, platform selection, and messaging consistency.
Identify trends, audience insights, and platform opportunities.
Team & Department Management
Lead and mentor social media managers, content creators, and community managers.
Collaborate with creative, PR, and performance marketing teams.
Brand Building
Maintain brand voice and storytelling across all channels.
Manage influencer partnerships and community engagement.
Handle social listening, brand sentiment, and online reputation.
Respond strategically to public relations challenges.
Required Skills
Strong leadership and communication abilities
Deep understanding of social platforms (Meta, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Expertise in paid social campaigns and analytics tools
Creative vision and trend awareness
Experience in influencer marketing and brand storytelling
Budgeting and ROI analysis

Prior experience as Social Media Director or Head of Digital
