Job Description

7-10 years of proven experience in residential real estate sales, with strong exposure to

KDMC and Thane markets

Mandatory prior experience with leading real estate mandate organizations such as

Guardians, Blox, Justo, ANAROCK Group, and Palladian Partners

Demonstrated capability to operate in a senior leadership role, managing

developer-side sales portfolios and mandate-driven engagements

Deep, on-ground understanding of

Kalyan East & West, Dombivli East & West, and key Thane micro-markets including Kolshet, Majiwada, Balkum, Ghodbunder Road, and Pokhran Road

End-to-end ownership of sales performance including sourcing, negotiations, closures, and achievement of revenue targets

Strong and

active broker / channel partner network

with the ability to expand, manage, and drive consistent sourcing

Expertise in

closing residential and commercial transactions

, managing complex negotiations.

Sound knowledge of

pricing strategy, inventory planning, offer structuring, and PSF realisation control

Experience in structuring, implementing, and monitoring brokerage slabs and incentive mechanisms

Proven ability to lead, mentor, and performance-manage sales teams including sourcing managers and closing managers

Hands-on leadership approach with the ability to train teams on objection handling, market positioning, and negotiation strategies

Experience in reviewing and analyzing sales MIS including leads, site visits, bookings, cancellations, and forecasts

Strong understanding of buyer behaviour, competitor landscape, and market trends across KDMC and Thane

Ability to drive inventory absorption while maintaining pricing discipline and brand integrity

High level of professionalism, ownership mindset, and long-term orientation aligned with developer objectives

Pay: ?1,100,000.00 - ?1,300,000.00 per year
