Job Description


This is a full-time, on-site role for a VP Sales based in Noida. The VP Sale role involves managing a team of sales agents, setting sales targets, and monitoring performance to achieve company goals. Daily tasks include prospecting and acquiring new clients, preparing sales presentations, conducting site visits, and developing strategic sales plans. The candidate will also be responsible for training and mentoring junior sales staff, maintaining customer relationships, and staying updated with market trends and property developments.
Roles And Responsibilities

xc2xb7 Prospect potential clients and conduct sales presentations to showcase our real estate solutions
xc2xb7 Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns
xc2xb7 Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
xc2xb7 Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to the management team
Requirements
Qualifications

  • Team Management and Leadership skills
  • Sales and Customer Acquisition experience
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
  • Real Estate Market Knowledge and Strategic Planning abilities
  • Client Relationship Management and Problem-Solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in the real estate sector
