We are searching for a strategic leader to scale our revenue and perfect our sales infrastructure. As the
Head of Sales and Marketing
, you will be responsible for the synchronization of the Sales, Quotation, and Collection teams. Your mission is to evolve our existing systems into a high-performing "sales engine" while personally securing our most significant project contracts.
Objectives of this role
Scale overall revenue through strategic market positioning and team optimization.
Achieve operational excellence by refining CRM workflows and sales processes.
Foster a high-performance culture through mentorship and strict KPI accountability.
Secure high-value "Big Fish" contracts through expert negotiation and relationship building.
Responsibilities
Define and execute quarterly sales strategies to increase project contract volume.
Audit and improve existing sales systems to ensure maximum efficiency from lead generation to cash collection.
Lead and mentor the sales team, conducting regular reviews to resolve bottlenecks.
Personally lead final negotiations for large-scale or complex high-value projects.
Monitor pipeline health and provide management with accurate monthly revenue projections.
Required skills and qualifications
Proven leadership experience in managing and scaling sales teams.
"Systems thinking" approach--ability to design and improve business processes.
Expert negotiation skills with experience dealing with corporate stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills to monitor KPIs and revenue data.
Preferred skills and qualifications
Background in Marketing Strategy or Brand Development.
Deep Experience in the Sales sector
