Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Leadership:
Define and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in industrial automation, including PLCs, SCADA, DCS, sensors, IIoT, robotics, and control systems.
Develop and lead high-value pursuits with key enterprise clients, OEMs, system integrators, and EPC contractors.
Establish and manage sales KPIs, forecasts, and performance tracking systems.
Business Development & Market Expansion:
Identify and penetrate new verticals and geographic markets.
Lead complex solution selling initiatives, addressing client pain points with customized automation and digital solutions.
Represent the company at industry forums, trade exhibitions, and technical seminars.
Key Account & Partner Management:
Build and maintain CXO-level relationships with strategic clients.
Develop and manage a strong channel partner and system integrator network to expand market coverage.
P&L and Commercial Oversight:
Take ownership of business unit P&L, pricing strategy, commercial terms, and contract negotiation.
Collaborate with finance, legal, and delivery teams to ensure commercially viable and executable deals.
Team Building & Leadership:
Hire, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales and business development team.
Foster a results-oriented, customer-centric culture within the organization.
Product & Technology Collaboration:
Work closely with product management and engineering to align customer feedback with product development roadmaps.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies (Industry 4.0, IIoT, AI in automation) and guide solution development accordingly.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering; MBA or equivalent management qualification is preferred.
15+ years of progressive experience in Sales, Business Development, or Strategic Account Management in
Industrial Automation

Deep expertise in automation systems (PLC, SCADA, DCS, HMI, Motion Control, Drives, Sensors, Robotics, IIoT).
