Role Overview
The Vice President - Sales, Marketing & CRM will be responsible for driving the topline growth of the company across all residential real estate projects. This role demands a strategic leader who can align sales, marketing, and customer relationship management into a unified engine that consistently delivers revenue growth, brand strength, and exceptional customer experience.
The VP will oversee the Sales Head, CRM Head, and Marketing Director, ensuring seamless coordination across teams and alignment with the company's long-term business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Sales
Define and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets across projects.Guide and mentor the Sales Head on pipeline building, channel partner engagement, and direct sales strategies.Monitor sales performance and institute structured reviews with a focus on forecasting accuracy, lead-to-sale conversion, and accountability.Drive product positioning and pricing strategies in collaboration with leadership and project teams.
Marketing
Lead the marketing strategy for brand building, demand generation, and project-specific campaigns.Work with the Marketing Director to design and execute high-impact offline and digital campaigns that enhance market visibility.Ensure marketing ROI is tracked and optimized, with data-driven decisions guiding spends.Align brand positioning with the company's vision of premium, customer-first real estate development.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Oversee CRM function to ensure high-quality post-sales engagement, timely collections, and customer satisfaction.Define processes for effective handholding of customers from booking through possession.Drive resolution of customer concerns with speed and empathy, safeguarding brand reputation.Ensure structured reporting on collections, cancellations, and customer NPS.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Act as a bridge between Sales, Marketing, CRM, and Engineering teams to ensure go-to-market readiness and execution.Work with project and engineering teams to sync construction timelines, sales launches, and customer commitments.Provide market intelligence and customer insights to guide product design and pricing decisions.Represent the company at industry forums, networking events, and high-level customer/investor interactions.
Qualifications & Experience
15+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing, with at least 7 years in a leadership role within the real estate, luxury lifestyle, or allied sectors.Proven track record of driving large-scale residential project sales and meeting ambitious revenue targets.Strong exposure to digital marketing, channel partner ecosystems, and customer lifecycle management.Exceptional leadership and team management skills; ability to inspire and align cross-functional teams.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; comfort with financial and performance metrics.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Achievement of annual sales revenue targets.Sales velocity and absorption rate across projects.ROI on marketing spends and lead-to-sale conversion ratios.Collection efficiency and reduction of overdue receivables.Customer satisfaction (NPS scores, complaint resolution TAT).Strengthening of brand equity and market presence.
