Job Description

The Vice President of Research & Development is a senior-level executive responsible for leading the research and development activities of an organization. The role involves managing and directing the development of new products, processes, and technologies in order to maintain the organization\'s competitive edge and ensure its long-term success. Experience: 15+ years Location: Sanpada The primary duties and responsibilities of the Vice President of Research & Development include:

• Leading the research and development team: The Vice President of Research & Development is responsible for leading and managing the research and development team. This includes hiring, training, and evaluating team members, as well as providing leadership and guidance.
• Developing and implementing the research and development strategy: The Vice President of Research & Development is responsible for developing and implementing the organization\'s research and development strategy. This involves identifying areas of research and development that are aligned with the organization\'s overall goals and objectives.
• Managing the research and development budget: The Vice President of Research & Development is responsible for managing the research and development budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to support research and development activities.
• Overseeing the development of new products and technologies: The Vice President of Research & Development is responsible for overseeing the development of new products and technologies. This involves working with cross-functional teams to ensure that products and technologies meet customer needs and are developed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements: The Vice President of Research & Development is responsible for ensuring that all research and development activities comply with regulatory requirements, including those related to safety, environmental impact, and intellectual property.
• Identifying and evaluating new technologies and trends: The Vice President of Research & Development is responsible for identifying and evaluating new technologies and trends that may impact the organization\'s products and services. This involves staying up-to-date with industry developments and maintaining a network of contacts in the industry.
• Collaborating with other departments: The Vice President of Research & Development is responsible for collaborating with other departments within the organization, including marketing, sales, and production, to ensure that research and development activities are aligned with overall business goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in a scientific or engineering field. A Master\'s or PhD is preferred.
• Extensive experience in research and development, with a proven track record of developing and launching successful products and technologies.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to research and development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and evaluate new technologies and trends.
• Experience with project management and budget management.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9100,000.00 - 9250,000.00 per month Schedule:

• Day shift
• Weekend only

Experience:
