Job description Candidate will be based at Pharma R&D Center at Thane / Navi Mumbai and will head R&D Formulation and Development for Regulated and ROW Market with major focus on Sterile, Opthal formulation and also OSD, Liquid, Ointment etc. 1. Candidate will Responsible for Drug Product Development, Scientific Process excellence, Project Management, IP, Hiring, Leading, Developing and Managing of members in the team. Direct and control research projects to ensure that they deliver timely and cost-effective results which enhance the effectiveness of the company and its products. 2. Candidate will be responsible for monitoring performance of members and developing and maintaining relevant scientific skills and other deliverables for Global Markets. 4. Candidate will responsible for development of sterile Dosage forms including ophthalmic and developing NDDS. 5. Candidate will responsible for Strategically coordinates, prioritize and efficiently allocates the team resources to critical initiatives: plans resources proactively, anticipates and actively manages change, sets stakeholder expectations as required, identifies operational risks and enable the team to drives issues to resolution, balances priorities and minimizes surprise escalations.
Required Candidate profile 1. Candidate should be Ph.D in Pharmaceuticals and with 20 Years experience in Formulation and Development for Domestic / India and International Marketing including Regulated & ROW market experience in Sterile formulation Opthal and OSD is essential. 3. Candidate should good in development of sterile Dosage forms including ophthalmic and developing NDDS. 4. Candidate should good in responsible for monitoring performance of members and developing and maintaining relevant scientific skills and other deliverables for Global Markets. 5. Candidate should good in responsible for Committed to high degree ethical standards in operations and maintenance of confidentiality essential to protect the intellectual properties.
