The Role You Will Be Responsible For Managing service level standards for global operations by Collaborating with the CEO/COO, operations managers and support functions in the execution effectiveness of RCM operations. Monitoring performance against goals and conducting regular analysis of operational data to foresee issues and determine priority areas. Sharing meaningful insights from operational data analysis, driving efficiency in capacity planning, and FTE cost management per location. Ensuring technical knowledge of teams handling accounts. Working with the Technical training department in maintaining levels of technical competence. Ensuring process compliance across operations and Adhering to company, federal, state, and industry requirements, enforcing compliance. Managing effective interaction between solutions and operations, expediting automation and solution rollouts, and owning special projects designed to drive transformation. Managing performance conversations and work communication with direct reports. Driving a culture that reflects the organisation\'s purpose and leads as a value-centric leader. Guiding, attracting and developing key team members, including the ability to recognise and cultivate rising talent. Ideal Profile You are a strategic leader with at least 15 years of experience within various aspects of Operations, including solid experience in a Customer Satisfaction role within a BPO /KPO You have a Bachelor\'s or Master\'s Degree with experience in Full-service, Provider RCM service delivery offshore operations. You have proven experience within a tech-enabled RCM operations environment. You have extensive experience in Provider RCM, preferably in Hospital RCM. You have an experience in profit and loss accountability in a mid to large company. You deeply understand Revenue Cycle Management compliance requirements and the RCM Technology landscape. You have Senior leadership experience in developing and managing a portfolio of revenue-generative initiatives/efforts. You have strong project management skills and the ability to manage several projects of varying complexity.
