Job Responsibilities

Responsible for all Operations of the Gift City bank including Account Opening, disbursement of ECB loans, Buyer's credit, KYC related etc Support the other activities of the branch including reporting(internal/regulatory), administrative activities, finance related activities etc Ensuring proper controls in place for all proccess and having trained backups Drafting and preparation of procedure manuals for Products handled out of Gift Citi Branch Liaising with internal stakeholders such as Compliance/Credit/Business Teams Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements as well as Head Office guidelines. Establishing a strong risk management culture in the team. Identify, assess and manage the risk environment of the unit. Contributing towards department efforts in the areas of constant process improvement, improving productivity etc Other work allocated by the management from time to time

Qualified CA/MBA with 9-10+ years of experience with extensive knowledge of working in wholesale Banking Operations , Strong verbal and written communication skills, and the personal ability to collaborate, operate and communicate effectively with a culturally diverse group of peers and colleagues. Individual should have the resilience to handle internal pressures and conflicts in dealing with multiple stakeholders Demonstrated ability to work in a high pressure environment * Quality conscious and having flair for constant process improvement
