Essential Qualifications

Minimum of 8-10 years' experience in sales, with at least 3 years in sales leadership roles.

Proven success in developing and executing sales strategies that meet or exceed targets.

Expertise in sales forecasting, market analysis, and data-driven decision making.

Advanced proficiency in CRM, sales technology, and analytics tools.

Strong Communication and negotiation skills, including the ability to close complex deals.

Deep product knowledge and customer focus to drive tailored sales approaches.

Interpersonal and conflict management for collaborating across organisational functions.

Technical proficiency with digital sales tools and processes.
