Vice President of Sales

to drive growth in our

app development business unit

Role Overview



As the

VP of Sales for App Development Projects

, you will define and execute the

sales strategy for mobile and web application services

. You will lead a global team of BDMs, SDRs, and account managers, while targeting enterprise clients, startups, and mid-market companies across international markets.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Revenue Growth



Develop and execute a

go-to-market strategy

for

mobile, web, and enterprise app development services

. Own the

sales P&L

for app development vertical, aligned with Pentoz's

$10B vision

. Target

startups, SMEs, and enterprise clients

in the USA, Canada, and UK. Improve

sales funnels, proposal win-rates, and client acquisition costs

. Leverage

CRM systems, sales automation, and digital outbound campaigns

.

Business Development & Client Acquisition



Identify and close

app development opportunities

with CTOs, CIOs, and founders. Build long-term client partnerships for

mobile apps, SaaS products, and enterprise solutions

. Collaborate with marketing to

generate inbound leads

through case studies, portfolios, and success stories. Position Pentoz as a

trusted partner for scalable app development

.

Team Leadership & Expansion



Recruit and manage a

sales team specialized in app development projects

. Set

sales KPIs, performance-based incentives, and commission plans

. Build a

high-performance culture

with a focus on measurable results. Align closely with

delivery & development teams

to ensure project success.

Market Expansion & Strategic Partnerships



Explore

new markets and industry verticals

for app development projects (fintech, healthcare, e-commerce, etc.). Develop partnerships with

technology providers, app stores, and digital platforms

. Pursue

government & enterprise contracts

for large-scale app projects.

Key Qualifications



10+ years' experience

in IT services or app development sales. Proven track record of

closing $500K-$1M+ app development deals

. Strong experience selling

custom mobile & web app development services

. Knowledge of

agile delivery models, SaaS apps, and enterprise mobility solutions

. Deep understanding of the

North American & European tech market

. Proficiency in

CRM tools, proposal building, and consultative sales

. Excellent

negotiation, leadership, and communication skills

.

Compensation & Benefits



Base Salary:

?30L - ?1CR (depending on experience).

Performance Bonus:

Revenue-based incentives.

Equity/Profit Sharing:
