Delivery

• Engage in the design and development of solutions that satisfy business requirements
• Ensure the highest quality solutions are delivered.
• Work in cross-functional team and collaborate with peers during entire SDLC
• Ability to work proficiently and effectively in an Agile / Scrum feature team environment
• Drive execution capabilities and efficiencies across the Scrum teams
• Utilize excellent organizational skills, proven analytical, planning, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned

Skill Set/ Capabilities/Strengths

• Mandatory hands-on experience on core Java, Spring and REST services
• Strong Java, J2EE and Micro services development experience.
• Strong experience in RDBMS(Oracle)
• Mandatory hands-on Cloud Technology. Containers and K8s are Optional.
• Good to have hands-on experience on Kafka or any Streaming Technology.
• Strong technical development experience on effectively writing code, code reviews, best practices code refactoring
• Knowledge on cloud Technology. Containers and Kafka or any streaming technology is preferred
• Experience with various source control tools like GIT
• Good to have experience in Splunk, Dynatrace tools
• Good understanding of Jenkins CI/CD, Maven/Gradle
• Excellent knowledge in developing resilient and high quality deliverables.
• Solution driven attitude and multitasker

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 12+ years of professional working experience
