Job Responsibilities



Managing FX Payments Team for all India branches
2. Develop and implement long-term strategy and product roadmap for FX Payments

3. Drive and develop culture for Error Free transaction process for FX payments

4. Ensure smooth daily operations, settlement, reconciliation and resolution of transactions related to FX payments cross-border transactions.

5. Broder understanding for Rules related to international payments, regulatory developments (FATF, AML, OFAC, etc.) and emerging technologies related to ISO20022.

6. Collaborate with other stakeholders like Technology, Compliance, Sales and Risk teams to deliver efficient processing

7. Support the Business team in client pitches and provide subject matter expertise on Trade Products.

8. Drive product and process improvements to enhance customer experience and reduce operational risk.

9. Manage product governance, internal controls, documentation and regulatory reporting requirements.

10. Checking & managing of proper housekeeping of all the files/ documents on daily basis

11. Process improvements in areas of responsibility

12. Review of Procedure Manuals, Process MAPs and Working Instructions.

13. To act as a Back Up for Import LC and Export Teams

14. Ensure compliance of H.O. Guidelines /Procedures and Regulatory Guidelines related to OPD.

15. Ensure Prompt Customer service by processing the transaction with Defined SLA and also arrange to respond the client queries well within timelines

16. Other work allocated by the management from time to time

Working Experience

1. Minimum 12-15 years of experience in Trade Finance Operations and International banking

2. Demonstrated expertise in cross-border payments, international wire transfers, SWIFT channels, and settlement systems.

3. Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (AML, KYC, Sanctions, FATCA, GDPR) and international payment guidelines and Local Regulations.

4. Proven leadership experience in managing high-performing teams and projects.

5. Experience working with diverse internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Special Skills Required

6. Good in MS Excel/PowerPoint

7. Knowledge of All Local regulatory guidelines related to Trade Products.

8. Excellent communication skills.

9. Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

10. Excellent client management, communication and presentation skills.

11. Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

12. High level of integrity and strong risk & compliance mindset.



QUALIFICATION:



1. A University Graduate / Postgraduate. MBA/CA preferable
