Designation VP - Electronic Trading Java/Python

• Design, develop, and optimize low-latency, high-throughput Java applications used for electronic trading.
• Lead complex initiatives in the development, testing, and optimization of trading systems and applications.
• Lead the team to ensure that all systems comply with exchange-specific rules and industry regulations.
• Ensure that compliance and risk management requirements are met for the supported areas.

Desired Profile

• 10+ years of experience in Design, implement, and optimize low-latency, high-throughput Java applications for financial trading
• Experience in Electronic trading / Algorithmic Trading
• Strong proficiency in Java 8+, with hands-on experience
• Willing to work in any key area on Electronic Trading like Exchange Connectivity, Algo Trading or time series database
• Familiarity with financial markets, trading systems, and exchange platforms.
