To be successful as a Cyber Security Risk Reporting you should have experience with:
Extensive experience in cyber security risk reporting within large, complex organisations.
An understanding of Cyber threats and the associated cyber security measures. Experience in the identification, assessment and tracking of cyber risk.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to provide executive level information.
A working knowledge of external cyber threat frameworks such as Mitre / NIST, how the frameworks can assist in the development of our cyber security framework and controls
Advanced analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive process improvement.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Strong understanding of technical requirements and passing criteria as laid down by the UK National Cyber Security Centre for Cyber Essentials Plus.
Knowledgeable about existing best practices for integration of security controls.
Explored and evaluated security considerations for multiple technologies.
