Support the delivery of the performance and reward strategies as set by Strategy & Experience enabled through efficient, high quality, repeatable, scalable and cost-effective reward solutions for NAB, which delivers an exceptional customer experience.
Work with peers across People Services, to ensure the effective delivery of performance and reward services
Essential capabilities
Deliver agreed People activities, processes and solutions, aligned to agreed People product and services (e.g. specialist advice, job evaluation and recommendations), with a self-service first approach
Ensure quality, effective and timely advisory services to all NAB leaders (with a focus on leaders Group 4-6) and People Division
Identify and implement continuous improvement activities, in consultation with People Strategy & Experience
