Job Description



This role has the below accountabilities:

  • Support the delivery of the performance and reward strategies as set by Strategy & Experience enabled through efficient, high quality, repeatable, scalable and cost-effective reward solutions for NAB, which delivers an exceptional customer experience.
  • Work with peers across People Services, to ensure the effective delivery of performance and reward services
Essential capabilities
  • Deliver agreed People activities, processes and solutions, aligned to agreed People product and services (e.g. specialist advice, job evaluation and recommendations), with a self-service first approach
  • Ensure quality, effective and timely advisory services to all NAB leaders (with a focus on leaders Group 4-6) and People Division
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement activities, in consultation with People Strategy & Experience
Other capabilities
  • Problem solving using a variety of HR solutions and tools to delivery HR strategy
  • HR specialist expertise, ideally I performance & reward
  • Consulting and advice to leaders
  • HR products, services & processes
  • HR strategic levers and how they drive business outcomes (commercial acumen)
  • Operational excellence, including HR Operations and customer centric delivery
Experience
  • 15 plus years leading recruitment programs and processes in a scale corporate environment
