Step into the role of VP - Change and Delivery where youWill be responsible for driving strategic transformation across Global Markets Operations under the IB Simplification agenda, with a sharp focus on Salesforce workflow optimization, Email Digitisation, and Gen AI implementation. As the Salesforce Product Owner, you will lead the design and delivery of innovative Salesforce solutions, partner with Technology and Operations teams, and embed best practices in change management and risk governance. This role demands strong business acumen, stakeholder leadership, and the ability to simplify complexity while influencing senior decision-makers.

Define and own the Salesforce product roadmap for Global Markets Operations. Drive end-to-end implementation of Salesforce workflows, ensuring scalability and compliance. Collaborate with Technology, Operations, and Business stakeholders to deliver digitization initiatives, especially Email Digitisation. Lead transformation programs aligned with IB Simplification objectives. Embed change management best practices across operational teams. Coach and mentor teams to adopt new digital tools and processes effectively. Act as a catalyst for change, inspiring confidence and embedding transformation across teams. Build strong relationships with SMEs and stakeholders, leveraging influence to secure sponsorship and support. Present complex information in a simplified, impactful manner for executive audiences. Build trust through data-driven insights and resolve issues at pace.

Desirable skills sets:

Past expertise in business/process analytics and ability to translate into detailed requirements Experience implementing Operations and Technology projects, especially process optimization and automation. High-level understanding of trade lifecycle and product families across Global Markets.

Purpose of the role

To manage the implementation of strategic change initiatives to enhance the banks operational efficiency.

Accountabilities

Management of strategic operational changes and initiatives to enhance the bank's operational efficiency and effectiveness, including the identification and assessment of changes on people, processes, and systems. Collaboration with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, project managers and SMEs to support business operation team and promote alignment between operations with the bank's objectives. Development and implementation of change management strategies and effectively communicate the strategies so they are understood and adopted by stakeholders. Management and development of KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business functions, utilising data and technology to support the identification of areas that require improvement. Comply with all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to change management. Provision of guidance and support to stakeholders throughout the operational change management process through training and coaching.
