Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented
Vice President - Business Development
with proven expertise in the
Defense sector
. This strategic leadership role will be responsible for driving
end-to-end revenue generation, ensuring product-market fit, and building customer success
. The incumbent will lead business growth initiatives, build high-value partnerships, and promote
advanced surveillance solutions
to
Defense, Paramilitary, Police forces, and other critical institutions
in India and partner nations.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute the company//'s
business development strategy
across the defense product portfolio.
Build and sustain relationships with
Defense forces, Paramilitary forces, Police forces, and critical asset organizations
.
Represent the company at
defense expos, seminars, and industry events
.
Drive
product demonstrations and field trials
across India and partner countries.
Ensure
successful product-market fit, trials, and customer adoption
.
Identify, develop, and manage
strategic channel partners
in India and overseas.
Collaborate with
OEMs and international stakeholders
to expand business opportunities.

Ideal Candidate Profile
---------------------------
Mandatory:
Ex-Army personnel with defense sector experience.
Mandatory:
Retired within the
last five years
.
15+ years
of relevant experience, with
10+ years in Key Account Sales
for Government/Defense clients.
Deep understanding of
defense procurement, acquisition cycles, and purchase processes
.
Strong aptitude for
Electronics and Information Technology
concepts.
High willingness to
travel extensively
across India and abroad.
Exceptional
interpersonal skills
with ability to engage senior stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills in
English and Hindi
.
Qualifications

MBA in Sales & Marketing
preferred.
