Job Description

This role requires a wide range of strengths and capabilities, including:

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
• Expert knowledge in all business processes across an entire line of business, as well expertise in other lines of business and technology disciplines
• Understanding of global and line of business project and program management standards and methods
• Experience working with high-performing teams in complex program execution
• A strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile methods; stakeholder management; budget management, risk management and operations
• Ability to create and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders throughout the firm
• Demonstrated hands on experience creating compelling, engaging communications through a variety of mediums including but not limited to written/email, PowerPoint, intranet and videos - with adaptability to learn new tools.
• Ability to analyze target audience and come up with creative, effective messaging and media to best reach them.
• Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Experience working in a broad range of technology domains, preferably architecture domains such as data, functional, security, and/or infrastructure.
• An eye for clean, natural and artful designs / presentations as well as experience developing enterprise training programs (video, written and in-person).
• Experience organizing large events both in person, and virtual - from conception to logistical implementation.
• Ability to partner with and influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
