Job Description


Contact Center Professionals who are willing to take a high volume of inbound / outbound calls. Responsibilities:-
-- Candidate would be responsible for helping customers with their queries and/or sell them       products.
-- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems.
-- Identify customers’ needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible.
-- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a service using scripts
-- Maintain good customer relations.
-- Previous experience in a customer support role
Qualifications-Any Graduate
Location: Surat
Salary: 18,000 to - 35,000.00 /month
Experience: - 1 Year to 4 Years
Working Days- Monday to Friday (Sunday -Saturday off)
