Votiko is hiring candidates for a #CallCenterExecutive job in #Surat with an experience of 10 year(s). Candidates would be responsible for helping customers with their queries and/or sell them products.        
Requirements
-Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
 - Handle customer's inbound and outbound calls. Solving queries, telling them about products/offers/services
 - Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
 - Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
Minimum Requirement:
- Good #CommunicationSkills
- Good Problem-solving skills over the call
- High energy level
Qualifications-Any #Graduate
Location: Surat
Experience :- 0 Year to 3 Years
Salary: 20,000 to - 50,000.00 /month
Working Days- Monday to Friday
