The Pro-Teacher Fellowship, our flagship program, is designed to equip educators with interactive teaching methodologies, social-emotional learning competencies, and employability skills. This program combines micro-learning sessions, workshops, mentorship, and practical facilitation opportunities to nurture educators who are confident, adaptable, and innovative. Website development - Web Development Updates: WordPress We need a volunteer\'s help updating our website to showcase current initiatives and the Foundation\'s progress. We\'d like the volunteer to create a user-friendly interface that aligns with the Foundation\'s growth and add a registration and payment system for workshops to diversify revenue. An updated website will boost digital presence for increased funding and support. We use WordPress. Key Deliverables Redesigned, compliant, and accessible website. Workshop registration and payment system. Documentation of new website features and architecture. Staff training for website maintenance and updates. Key Tasks Task 1: New Website Layout Development Review and identify outdated elements on the current website. Propose a new layout focusing on usability and modern design. Ensure mobile responsiveness and web compliance. Task 2: Workshop Registration and Payment System Integration Extend the \'donate\' section to include workshop registration and payments. Implement a user-friendly system for these functionalities. Task 3: Testing and Deployment Thoroughly test new website features; fix any identified issues. Deploy the redesigned website, ensuring operational functionality. The Tomorrowsmith Foundation\'s current website was designed in 2020. Since then, the Foundation has been actively testing different implementation models with its target group. During this period of growth and experimentation, updating the website to reflect these changes has not been a priority, with the focus predominantly on program implementation. The existing website only features a \'donate\' section, limiting opportunities for fundraising through other revenue streams like paid workshops or curriculum design requests. We have an existing website and content for the new website. The volunteer will have access to the existing website\'s backend and hosting details and digital assets, including content and branding materials. Once testing is complete, we will deploy the updated website. This project can be done remotely.
