is a long-term social and educational initiative focused on
prenatal, parental, and early childhood development

This project works at the intersection of:
Child psychology and child development science
Prenatal mental and emotional well-being
Ayurveda and lifestyle sciences
Vedic wisdom and Sanskrit-based knowledge
Values, sanskar, and conscious parenting

not a short-term project

not a commercial program

Role Overview
We are looking for a
Volunteer Program Development Manager
who can take ownership of the
design, development, and structuring
of the Garbh Sanskar program.
The role involves shaping content, frameworks, and learning pathways related to:
Prenatal care and consciousness
Parent education (mother & father focus)
Child mental, emotional, and physical development
Integration of traditional wisdom with modern developmental science
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop structured program modules for the Garbh Sanskar initiative.
Work on content related to prenatal development, early childhood psychology, and parental guidance.
Integrate Ayurveda, Vedic knowledge, and modern child development science in a balanced and responsible way.
Collaborate with researchers, educators, doctors, and subject-matter experts.
Continuously improve program quality through study, research, and feedback.
Ensure the program remains ethical, research-oriented, and socially responsible.
Eligibility & Preferred Background
This role is suitable for individuals with a
relevant academic or professional background
, such as:
Child Psychology
Child Development Science
Ayurveda (BAMS / MD Ayurveda or equivalent)
MSW (Master of Social Work)
Education / Early Childhood Education
Vedic studies / Sanskrit knowledge (reading & conceptual understanding preferred)
Additionally, the ideal candidate:
Has a deep interest in prenatal and early childhood development
Understands the seriousness and sensitivity of Garbh Sanskar work
Is patient, disciplined, and consistent
Is comfortable working without financial incentives
Values purpose over position
Time Commitment
Long-term involvement preferred (minimum 6-12 months)
Flexible hours, but consistency is expected
Remote collaboration with periodic reviews
