We are looking for a proactive

Assistant Psychologist

to support our inclusive education and mental health programs by coordinating with field teams, schools, and stakeholders. This role involves a mix of

on-ground coordination, online team collaboration, and basic psychology-based support

, ensuring smooth implementation of activities at the field level. The candidate will also act as a point of contact for addressing basic psychology-related queries from educators, parents, and field staff.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with project teams online and ensure timely execution of field activities Visit schools and field locations in Panchkula and nearby areas to follow up on implementation work Liaise with teachers, special educators, and field staff to get tasks completed onsite Support the collection of data, reports, and feedback from the field Address basic psychology-related queries from field teams, parents, and educators Support awareness sessions, trainings, and program activities when required Maintain documentation and regular updates for the central team Ensure smooth communication between onsite stakeholders and program teams

Eligibility & Skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Psychology

(preferred) Basic understanding of child psychology, special needs, or mental health Good communication and coordination skills Comfortable working independently on field assignments Ability to manage online coordination along with onsite follow-ups Willingness to travel locally for fieldwork Basic proficiency with Google Meet, WhatsApp, email, and documentation tools

Preferred (Nice to Have)

Prior experience working in schools, NGOs, or community programs Familiarity with inclusive education or child development programs Experience in field coordination or project implementation roles
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
