to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building and maintaining VOIP systems, IVR solutions, and call center platforms using Asterisk and related technologies. This role demands strong programming and scripting capabilities, API integration expertise, and a solid understanding of real-time communication protocols.

Design, develop, and maintain VOIP solutions including

Configure and optimize

Implement and manage
SIP, RTP, RTCP
protocols for real-time communication
Develop and integrate
REST APIs

, and ensure secure API communication
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable telephony solutions
Write and maintain scripts using
Bash

Lua
for automation and system control
Work with
MySQL

for data storage and retrieval
Contribute to

Explore and integrate
AI-driven features

Implement and manage
